Shipping Policy
Once your order is received, our customer service representative will contact you to make arrangements for shipping goods to the location of choice as all orders are shipped collect. Canada Post and the bus are the most economical way to ship parcels under 70 lb. For international orders outside of Canada and the United States, please contact our customer service department to arrange for the best method of delivery.
Return Policy
General Merchandise: Items must come back in the original packaging unopened and in re-saleable condition. A restocking fee of 15% per item will be charged on all returns and an authorization number is required. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned product and will be credited back to the original credit card.
What does new condition mean? The item and/or its packaging cannot be damaged in any way (including plastic display protector missing, fingerprints, marks, scratches or tears on the unit or any packaging material, missing or damaged accessories, manuals, and reference guides that were included in original shipment, or original packaging materials damaged in any way), or the box is marred with any form of writing.
Custom Products: Due to the specific nature of our custom products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
